Note the red arrow is pointing to the headlight adjustment screw. A hole has to be drilled for the front mounting bracket and a self tapping screw will be needed to attach the bracket. If you notice the back mounting bracket was installed before I attached the other bracket, you can see that the stud is pushing the light assemble forward and would not allow the other bracket to align up (don't mount this bracket until the others are attached)

After attaching all the mounting screws and bolts and properly aligning the headlight assembly prepare to align the headlight. Don't attach the bottom enclosure before you have adjusted the headlight. To align headlight position you car on a level area about 20' away from a solid wall or door and adjust you low beams to roughly the same height your headlight are at your car. For a more detailed instruction check almost any repair manual for details. After you are finished adjusting replace the bottom enclosure and make sure all electrical connection are tight.
